Here's another disc from the Ponderosa Stomp record show. I wasn't looking for this one or even thinking about it, but this is a disc I have had an eye out for, for about 10 years.
p.s. Tech Note: I'm a record guy, not a computer guy. I've had a couple of requests from viewers asking me to post the songs at a higher bit rate. I've been recording them at a better quality not realizing that no matter what, when I post them to Hipcast they are automatically reset to 64 kbps. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Nice record. I know the song, but didn't realize it was issued on Ace.
Sorry, can't help you with the Hipcast problem.If there's no way to change that setting on the site, I'd def look for another file service.
I sent an email to Hipcast for info a while ago and they responded very quickly. Give that a try.
Also, I'm sorry but while reconstructing my blogroll from a bad memory, I left you off - you're now restored.

This is a great record - never mind the bit-rate! Don't forget folks these records weren't originally intended for high-fidelity equipment or i-pods. Gosh, even in the '60s the Beatles came blasting through our low-tech Sony transistor radios just fine. Thanks for sharing.
